Cancellation Policy
At LuxePsychicHealer.com, all sessions are reserved and prepared specifically for each client. Because of this, the following policies apply: Cancellations: Clients may cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice by emailing ipsychicnow@gmail.com . Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows are considered completed services and are non-refundable. Returns & Refunds: All psychic readings, intuitive sessions, and coaching services are non-refundable once delivered. Refunds may be requested only if the session has not yet been delivered and the request is made within 24 hours of purchase. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice. Last-minute rescheduling (under 24 hours) is not permitted and counts as a completed service. Multi-Day Programs (Up to Six Days): Once a program begins, payments are non-refundable, and no refunds will be issued after the six-day period. Disputes: Clients agree to contact ipsychicnow@gmail.com with any concerns before filing a chargeback or dispute.
