Refund Policy -
At LuxePsychicHealer.com, every session, reading, and coaching program is designed to provide personalized insight, intuitive guidance, and spiritual support tailored to each client’s unique situation. Because our work requires dedicated preparation, focus, and time investment, this Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which a client may or may not receive a refund. By purchasing or participating in any service, the client agrees to the full terms listed below.
All psychic readings, intuitive sessions, spiritual guidance appointments, and life-coaching services provided by LuxePsychicHealer.com are non-refundable once delivered, regardless of the client’s personal interpretation, expectations, or level of satisfaction. Our services involve the immediate dedication of time, energy, preparation, and intuitive focus, all of which cannot be returned once provided. For this reason, completed services cannot be reversed, canceled, credited, or refunded.
Clients may request a refund only if the purchased service has not yet been delivered, and only if the refund request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to ipsychicnow@gmail.com and must include the client’s full name, date of purchase, the service booked, and the reason for requesting a refund. Requests submitted after a service has already begun, or submitted outside the 24-hour window, will automatically be declined in accordance with this policy.
For multi-day programs, coaching packages, or spiritual guidance programs lasting up to six days, all payments become strictly non-refundable once the program begins, regardless of attendance, participation level, or personal circumstances. This includes situations in which the client chooses to discontinue participation early or is unable to complete the program for personal, scheduling, or emotional reasons. No partial refunds, prorated refunds, or credits will be offered for unused days or early withdrawals. Additionally, no refunds will be issued after the full six-day program period has passed under any circumstance.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they are available, present, and prepared for their scheduled appointments. Missed appointments, late arrivals, and same-day cancellations are considered completed services and are fully non-refundable. If a client needs to reschedule a session, they may request one reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Repeat rescheduling, last-minute cancellations, or no-shows will not be eligible for refunds or additional accommodations.
LuxePsychicHealer.com does not offer refunds based on subjective dissatisfaction with the style, content, or interpretation of intuitive information. Psychic and intuitive guidance is naturally interpretive, symbolic, and energetic in nature and cannot be guaranteed to match any specific expectation or desired outcome. Refunds will not be granted based on disagreement with the information provided, perceived accuracy, or results experienced after the session.
No guarantees, warranties, or promises are made regarding specific outcomes, predictions, results, emotional impact, or life changes following any session or program. The client acknowledges that all guidance is inspirational and interpretive, and that they are solely responsible for all decisions made before, during, and after their session. Refund requests based on a lack of guaranteed results or dissatisfaction with outcomes will not be honored.
If a client experiences concerns or confusion following a session, they are encouraged to contact ipsychicnow@gmail.com for clarification before initiating a dispute with their bank or credit card company. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with LuxePsychicHealer.com may result in the submission of all session records, scheduling logs, and communication history to the bank for review. Clients acknowledge that disputes filed outside the terms of this Return & Refund Policy may result in denial of future services.
This policy applies to all services offered by LuxePsychicHealer.com, including psychic readings, intuitive consultations, tarot or oracle sessions, spiritual guidance, email readings, life-coaching sessions, multi-day programs, bundled packages, and all customized or personalized services delivered via phone, text, email, video, or in-person appointment.
