By accessing this website or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this website or book any service. By scheduling a session or accessing content, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Nature of Services

All services provided by LuxePsychicHealer.com are intended for personal insight, spiritual guidance, intuitive clarity, and general life coaching.
They are not a substitute for:

  • Medical or mental-health treatment

  • Legal, financial, or professional planning

  • Therapy, counseling, or crisis intervention

No guarantees or promises of specific outcomes are made or implied.

3. No Professional Liability

You agree that Jann is not liable for any decisions, actions, outcomes, or interpretations made based on the information provided during a session. All guidance is interpretive and subjective.

You assume full responsibility for your own choices.

4. Payment & Billing

All services must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
Prices may change at any time without notice.

LuxePsychicHealer.com reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including inappropriate behavior, fraud concerns, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

5. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

All clients must follow the official Cancellation, Return & Reschedule Policy posted on this website.
Key points include:

  • Completed sessions are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are available only if the session has not been delivered and the request is made within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Multi-day programs are non-refundable once started.

  • No refunds after the full six-day program period.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling require 24-hour notice.

  • No-shows and same-day cancellations are treated as completed services.

6. Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule once, with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Last-minute rescheduling is not permitted.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you have any concerns, you agree to contact ipsychicnow@gmail.com before filing a dispute with your bank.

Filing a chargeback without following policy may result in submitting:

  • Session logs

  • Email communication

  • Scheduling records

…to the bank for review.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in refusal of future services.

8. Confidentiality

All sessions are private and confidential.
However, LuxePsychicHealer.com may disclose limited information if required by law, court order, or if there is concern for safety or illegal activity.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on LuxePsychicHealer.com — including text, logos, graphics, brand elements, session materials, written readings, and website structure — is the exclusive property of LuxePsychicHealer.com.
